FAQ

What permissions do you take from my Shopify store?

We only request read-only access to your orders and transactions. We cannot edit products, fulfill orders or access private customer payment details.

Will this replace my accountant?

No. OrderCleanser only formats your export files for easier import. It does not do accounting, tax filing or bookkeeping for you.

What happens when I hit my order limit?

You can still view past exports, but new order pulls will be paused until your billing cycle resets or you upgrade your plan.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel your Stripe subscription in one click, no hidden fees. Access stays active until the end of your billing period.

Do you store my original Shopify order data long-term?

We keep your export task logs for history view. Raw CSV files are deleted automatically after 7 days to keep your data safe.
