OrderCleanser (“we”, “us”) provides Shopify‑order CSV export service. This policy describes how we collect, use and store your information when you use our website and service at shturl.cc/NO.
Shopify store data: With your explicit OAuth authorization, we obtain read‑only access to your orders and transactions. We do NOT request permissions for products, inventory, customer payment credentials.
Account & billing: We receive your email and subscription information via Stripe for subscription management. We do not store credit‑card numbers; payment data is handled entirely by Stripe.
Usage logs: We store export‑task history for your reference. Generated raw CSV files are automatically deleted after 7 days.
Only to deliver the CSV‑export feature, enforce plan quotas, provide support, and maintain service stability. We will never sell, rent or share your store‑business data with third‑parties for marketing purposes.
Export‑task logs remain while your account exists. Raw CSV artifacts auto‑delete after 7 days. If you disconnect your Shopify store or cancel subscription, we will stop pulling new order data.
We rely on Shopify API, Stripe, Supabase for service operation. Each party has its own privacy‑policy governing their processing.
You may revoke Shopify OAuth authorization at any time inside your Shopify partner‑apps settings. You can request us to delete your stored records by email.
